Call the club within 48 hours and we take it from there. What happens next depends on fault. What to do at the roadside.
If you are at fault
- A $1,200 excess applies (extra excesses can apply to some drivers)
- Nationwide Collisions assesses and repairs the vehicle
- Towing is covered up to 100km from the Melbourne CBD
If the other party is at fault
- The repair is billed to the other party’s provider
- Dashcam footage helps settle disputed fault faster
- No excess, and a replacement car once their insurer accepts liability

For a car that works every day, Dashcam. Standard suits drivers who already own a camera or don’t want a 12-month commitment.

Yes - finish the 12-month plan and the camera is yours. Leaving early? Return the camera and GPS tracker for a full deposit refund, or pay out the rest of the 12 months and keep the camera.

Get safe first, then call the club within 48 hours. Nationwide Collisions handles the repair. At fault, a $1,200 excess applies; if the other driver is at fault and identified, there’s no excess.
